Shipping

  

We currently do not ship to destinations outside of the U.S.

  

    

PROCESSING TIME

Almost all orders are shipped within 2 business days. Actual transit times will vary depending on the carrier and destination. We mainly use Fedex, however we may use UPS or USPS depending on the shipment. The carrier used is at our discretion. 

  

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERS

Although we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, occasionally situations where an item is out of stock may arise.  If this occurs we will notify you ASAP. We will alert you as to the status of the product.

  

RATES

Shipping rates for orders are based on the total weight of the order.

 

The shipping and handling rate is $4.95 + $0.60/lb.

 

Example:

For an order weighing 10 lbs. the shipping charges would be $4.95+(10 lbs. X $0.60) for a total of $10.95 S/H.

  

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping charges.

  

This rate is for Ground service. If expedited shipping is desired, you must contact us for a shipping quote. Do not place your order online. In your e-mail please list the items you want, your zip code, and the desired shipping time frame, and we will get back to you with a total.

  

P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes located within Post Offices. You must provide us with a physical mailing address. If you have no other means of receiving a shipment aside from a P.O. Box, please contact us. We may be able to make alternate arrangements. 

We are able to ship to certain P.O. boxes, such as those on rural routes. If you are unsure if this applies to you, feel free to contact us.

   

Tracking

If the need ever arises for a tracking number, feel free to contact us. We will be able to help you with the tracking of your package.

  

DAMAGES

We cannot be held responsible for shipments damaged in transit. We include insurance on outgoing shipments.  If you receive a shipment damaged in transit, notify the carrier immediately. The claim process must be handled by you and the carrier. We will offer whatever assistance we can.

  

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If you provide us with an incorrect address, you are responsible for any charges incurred due to the incorrect address. If there is a shipping error due to a mistake we made, you can rest assured we will take care of it. Please double check your info when placing your order.
